8 applications · one platform

Run your whole company on one platform

HR, recruitment, learning, sales, projects, assets and accounting — sharing one set of people, permissions and data, under one subscription.

Every app included
Microsoft single sign-on
Your own deployment

One suite, one login

8 applications sharing the same people, permissions and data. No integration project.

One price for everything

A single per-user subscription covers every application. Adding another app costs nothing.

Built for global business

Pick your country and the right tax IDs, bank fields and invoice rules follow. In use across India, Oman and Australia.

Productivity tracking, optional

Add the desktop tracker when you need it, or license it on its own.

Cost of ownership

One subscription instead of seven

Most companies end up with a tool per department, then pay again to make them talk to each other. Here is what the licence line looks like either way.

The licence fee is the part you can see

The cost of running seven systems is mostly everything around them.

No integration to build or maintain

Applications already share employees, customers and permissions. There is no middleware to commission, no sync to debug, and nothing that breaks when one vendor changes an API.

Add applications without adding cost

Giving someone the recruitment tool or the asset register costs nothing extra, so adoption is not rationed by budget and nobody has to justify a licence.

One directory, one sign-on

Joiners and leavers are provisioned once. Access is revoked automatically when someone is marked as exited, instead of across seven admin consoles.

Tracked hours become invoices

Billable project hours convert straight into invoice lines, and sending an invoice posts its accounting entry. Nobody retypes numbers between systems.

One renewal, one vendor

A single contract and renewal date instead of seven, each with its own negotiation, procurement cycle and price rise.

Permissions defined once

One role model covers every application, rather than reproducing your access rules in each tool and hoping they stay consistent.

What it costs

The suite is one price for every application. The desktop tracker is a separate product you can add, or run on its own.

Productivity Tracker

A desktop application that records working time, activity and periodic screenshots — then feeds tracked project hours straight into invoicing. Add it to the suite, or run it on its own.

Desktop app that runs quietly

A native desktop application records working time without anyone having to remember a timer.

Periodic screenshots

Screenshots are captured at intervals through the working session and stored encrypted.

Activity scoring

Keyboard and mouse input are combined into an activity score, weighted across distinct keys, productive keystrokes, clicks, scrolls and pointer movement.

Idle detection

Tracking pauses automatically when the machine goes idle, so breaks are not billed as work.

In use across three continents

Set your country. The rest follows.

Tax identifiers, bank fields, currency precision and invoice language are configuration, not custom development.

Tax-ID types

46

Countries with tax IDs mapped

Set your country, once

Choose from 250 countries in company settings. The tax-ID fields, bank-account fields and invoice rules for that country follow automatically.

The right tax identifier

27 tax-ID types across 46 countries — Australian ABN, Oman VAT, UAE TRN, UK VAT, Indian GST, US EIN, Canadian GST/HST and PST, Saudi VAT, Singapore GST, EU VAT and more.

Bank details that make sense locally

IFSC and branch in India, IBAN and SWIFT across Europe and the Gulf, ABA routing in the United States, sort code in the United Kingdom, account and SWIFT elsewhere. No irrelevant fields.

Invoice in any currency

Exchange rates fetched for the invoice date, and each currency rounded to its own precision — three decimals for Omani rial, none for yen.

English and Arabic invoices

The same invoice in either language, with genuine right-to-left layout and embedded fonts — not a mirrored stylesheet.

Local tax treatment

Place-of-supply rules split Indian GST into IGST, CGST, SGST or UTGST per line. Pass-through costs are named and treated the way each jurisdiction expects.

The parts your IT team asks about

Sign-on, permissions and localisation are platform features, not add-ons you pay extra for.

Configured for your country

Pick a country and the suite adopts its tax identifiers, banking conventions and invoice rules. Companies run PeopleParity from India, Oman and Australia today.

Single sign-on with Microsoft

Staff sign in with the Microsoft account they already have. Your IT team completes the setup without waiting on us.

Permissions down to the record

Access is defined per application, per resource and per action — then narrowed by how much data each role can see.

Works with AI assistants

Connect Claude or any Model Context Protocol client and let it read your business data — strictly within each user's own permissions.

English and Arabic

Right-to-left is handled as a first-class layout, not a mirrored stylesheet.

Microsoft 365 throughout

Email and calendar run through Microsoft Graph, so invitations and notifications come from your own tenant.

Your name on it

Set the application name, logo and accent colour so the suite reads as an internal system.

See it with your own data

We will walk you through the applications that matter to you and answer the awkward questions about migration.
